"Fantastische accommodatie om tot rust te komen en te genieten."

Ontbijt fantastisch, accommodatie zeer goed, personeel is nog een beetje werk aan.

Personeel (restaurant) nog beetje onervaren (kelner pakt propere glazen op met zijn vingers in het glas). Lunch niet van de kwaliteit als het ontbijt en avondeten.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub im Moselschlösschen. Der Wellnessbereich und die enthaltenen Mahlzeiten ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück bietet viel Auswahl und das 3-Gänge-Menü am Abend war äußerst schmackhaft. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und völlig ausreichend für zwei Nächte, für längere Aufenthalte würde ich vermutlich eine größere Zimmerkategorie wählen. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel!

Ich musste wirklich überlegen, um einen Kritikpunkt zu finden. Eine Kleinigkeit, die für mich einen Unterschied machen würde wäre es, bei der Kaffeemaschine im Wellnessbereich eine frische Weidemilch statt H-Milch anzubieten.

Der Spabereich, das Hotelzimmer, das Servicepersonal und das Abendessen waren super.

Vielleicht würde ein Außenwhirlpool auf der Terrasse das Spa-Angebot noch weiter aufwerten.
