The Farmhouse Hotel

Loved the meals, dinner was delicious! As well as the scones! Breakfast was good but to be honest nothing wow. The staff and manager at the restaurant and hotel were all so lovely. Very friendly and sweet. Our room was great, very spacious and considering we were traveling with a 1 and 3 year old it worked out great for us. The staff member that checked us in (Im sorry i didnt get his name now, my husband handled the check in) but wow, was so attentive, and approached us later to check if the room would be okay because we didnt request a cot and there wasnt a day bed in our room, I explained we didnt require anything extra, but i feel it was so proactive and thoughtful of him to check with us.

The dstv was going on and off every few minutes, losing connection, we didnt watch much tv so wasnt a big deal but something to sort out for future guests. More meal options for breakfast would be great. Also the fact that we did advise the hotel prior to arriving that we would appreciate halaal friendly meal options, but it seems as though they didnt alert the restaurant, owner/manager of the restaurant however did try to accommodate us as best she could.

The location is beautiful 😍 The restaurant, La petite maison is on site and serves the most scrumptious food. Free scones and tea every day from 4pm to 5pm 🙌

Our room had stairs, but the view made up for it.

The bathroom was in need of a refresh.
