Better sheets that are comfortable!

My room had bed bugs and i got bit the whole night.

When we arrived there were several, like 15-20 people loitering outside that were pretty dirty and scary looking. We checked in and left to go have dinner. When we can't back 2 hours later they're were 7 police cars there. It was an overall scary experience.

The neighborhood. It was not very clean. The homeless in the parking lot.

Nothing at all. We did not even get to stay at the property because there was no body to check us in. Not to mention, a drunk guy in the lobby who said the clerk had been missing for an hour.

Drunk guy in the lobby. Missing clerk, waited around and never actually got to check in to the hotel. We then had to drive 40 minutes to another hotel.

The overnight staff was very friendly.

Our room had bed bugs. I was unable to go to sleep and my kids had to sleep on the floor with a towel.

The room was fine and clean. The staff was somewhat helpful with adjusting the room temperature.

The halls were dismal. It badly needed updating. I have stayed in much nicer La Quintas.

*Homless people and drug addicts are everywhere inside and outside the hotel *Glass on the floor that wasn't cleaned up when informed about it for the 2nd time *Bedding and towels both had stains on them *Housekeeping walked in at 7am without knocking, stating the room was marked empty, then came back and were actually in the room cleaning at 930am (we were having breakfast) and checkout was at 11am * cops were called 2x and there was lots of arguing between workers, customers, and outsiders coming inside
