Queen beds are more like a full size bed not a queen bed- you only get three pillows( which felt like rocks). Bathroom door was broke and did not close. The ac was messing up and woke up that morning to our room hot. Outside the hotel-it’s a lot of homeless ppl walking and around. One was in the bushes ( peeing) and scared me so bad. We stayed on the second floor and elevators were messed up- so we had to take out things down the steps.

Nothing. It was terrible

The toilet leak tub was dirty, and the bathroom wasn't clean. Ask for the same room i paid for they were going to put me in another room where the bathtub leak. They move to the 2nd floor lesser value that I paid for. Didn't give me m6 money back. Never staying there again.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! They advertised the room I booked as having "a furnished balcony". No such thing.... The fridge stopped working at within 12 hours. The heating/cooling unit in the bedroom part of my suite, did not work at all. No remote for the TV in the bedroom. The furniture was filthy. The bed is horrible. Not firm... felt like LIKE CONCRETE. There were no extra blankets. Just the super thin one on the bed. The break fast was horrible. I stayed 5 nights and they served dry, hard patties, stale biscuits and a fatty white sauce EVERY morning. The pastries were old. The yogurt machine did mot work at all. It wasn't empty.. it just didn't work. The coffee was bad. Only one brand tea bags available. The elevator's floor was covered in some or other white, sticky fluid. The hotel is in a very neighborhood. Lots of homeless people around, fighting (sometimes violently) over food in the trash on the street. The police came one morning asking the hotel not to allow the homeless into the hotel. There were homeless people sleeping in their cars in the hotel parking lot. I never felt safe coming back at night. Stay away from this hotel!
