Comfort Suites Lancaster Amish Country

Great location to Amish attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

A little difficult to find. Maybe better signage.

Breakfast was very good and the Lady working it had everything stocked up very well!

Toilets are too low. Instead of bar soaps, liquid soaps in the showers would be better the bar soap didn't even lather.

Room Size, very spacious

Very quiet. The hotel was very clean. The dtaff was friendly and very pkeasant to deal with. The location was perfect.

The housekeeping staff was nice, beds were comfortable and the waffles were good. One young woman at front was nice and accommodating but she wasn’t always there.

We were right above the laundry room so we heard laundry all night and day. This room shouldn’t be given away at all. We told the gentleman at the front and he said there were no more rooms left and he said he will make a note of it. We couldn’t sleep.. also the wall ports didn’t work. We had different chargers and none charged our phones.. I was upset as I record my daughters basketball games. We reported this and they said the plugs needed to be plugged in.. I said they were but still didn’t work. The plumbing wasn’t great either, our shower wasn’t draining. If I paid 99 per night or less this wouldn’t have bothered me as much but I paid a good amount of money per night so this was very disappointing… I will never stay here again.. I also got charged for something they said was taken off but wasn’t taken off.. the gentleman at the front did nothing to help except tell us he will make a note of it.. We should have gotten money taken off our bill but didn’t.

Property is clean looked well maintained

First room, the bathroom sink would not drain right out the gate move to a second room. The toilet would not flush without taking the lid off and pulling the chain. I said I’m done. I’ll stay here.
