"Gute Lage, ganz schlechte Qualität"

friendly airport shuttle driver

Over the last four weeks, we have used the Comfort Suites Airport as a stopover on our way to various destinations within Alaska. The location – close to the airport – is ideal for this. The quality of the accommodation is more than questionable. Four out of five nights were marred by unmade beds with traces (hairs) left by previous guests, a toilet cistern that wouldn’t flush, a shower that didn’t work and a faulty room door. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range.

Close to the airport and shuttle service. Breakfast is included.

The bathroom was broken and unable to close it. Older hotel, could use a major remodeling project.

Helpful staff. Airport pick-up and drop-off very easy and efficient

Breakfast was poor. Not good quality food or options. Buffet with plastic plates, cups and cutlery. No restaurant or food available on arrival. Quite isolated so no other option to have a meal after a long flight
