Tosi ystävällinen henkilökunta. R-kioski hotellin yhteydessä oli iso plussa.

Huone melko kulunut/vanha. Laukkujen ja hiihtokamppeiden kanssa oli hankala kulkea pitkin käytäviä. Hissien puute näkyi, lisäksi ovet eivät olleet automaattisesti avautuvia, joten kulkeminen oli työlästä. Joillakin käytävillä haisi myös melko vanhalle/ummehtuneelle, vaikkakin jonkinlaisia hajusteita oli lisätty.
