it was the room size and quality

he is very unprofessional and heartless to customers with children and he makes their business look very bad and he harassed me the whole time and call police without even trying to reason with me about anything first and I wouldn’t recommend anyone with children because they have no kinda compassion for a mother and with children and not at all!

It was really unique experience, nobody was there and left outside on the parking lot whole night. I don't think staying on the parking lot costs that much.

nobody was there at check out time and had to bang on the door for 20 minutes to get someone to give us the deposit back, and nobody picked up the phone (at 8am)
