The room was quite worn out, and I did not use the water heater because it looked very old and dirty. Most of the staff were rarely smiled while talk to you. Specially the reception while I checking in . The marina is extremely long, and there are no coral reefs to enjoy. Also, the animation team activities were very weak and repetitive, so I felt bored during the stay.

I’ve just returned from another stay here and once again it has been absolutely perfect. This hotel truly is the best, and it never fails to exceed my expectations every single time. The food is amazing, with such a wide variety and choice of restaurants – there’s something for everyone and it’s always to such a high standard. The hotel itself is consistently spotless, and you can really tell how much care goes into maintaining it. What makes this place so special, though, is the staff. Every single member of the team is attentive, kind, and respectful. They always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and they genuinely make it feel like a home away from home. The shows & parties on the evenings were amazing! Especially sunrise festival!

There is some great animation members like- Jimmy, Michaela and Diego🥰 in the team at the moment, but the team don’t make much contact with guests anymore which is sad as animation is key part of the hotel here and I know how good it can be with lots of guest contact/communication.

The whole package… food, pool, beach and entertainment fab!

Die Lage in der Bucht. Das grosse, helle, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und Badezimmer. Sehr feines Brot. Unglaublich viel Auswahl.

Das Essen war teilweise gut, teilweise weniger. Im Speisesaal war es recht laut, draussen schön und gemütlich. Täglich der Dieselrasenmäher (laut und stinkig).
