"Toilet did not work and they did not care"

Our room’s toilet did not flush. We let front desk know. They said that facilities had went home already. We had to leave for a wedding. We assumed it would be taken care of as that is a basic need. When we got back late night the toilet still did not work. Next morning we let them know again. They just apologized. Thankful that we only stayed here one night. If they did not have anyone on call to fix a toilet, then they should have moved us when we told them the first time. This is our first bad Hilton experience.

I just think for the price per night + location, the amenities would be better. The pool area is poorly managed as random people from outside can come in if they don’t have a “key.” There’s hardly any seating or lounging areas in the pool area as well.
