"El resort por excelencia"

Bueno el hotel es muy bueno muy limpio, está remodelado completamente, atenciónes de primera todo tipo de comida buena animación, una súper heladería y todo de primera

Lo único es la espera de los troles, incluso rente un carro de gold

La infraestructura y la calidad de los productos.

La suciedad de la habitación. Llegamos y la habitación estaba sucia y le faltaban cosas elementales como toalla, pantuflas. Y el friobar con una sola botella de agua y sin snacks. El personal súper acosador y invasivo de la privacidad. Estaban más preocupados de vender sus productos y paquetes que de darse cuenta las necesidades del cliente. Llamaban a cada rato a la habitación para eso. Además para arreglar un problema técnico del aire llamaron en 10 Minutos 3 personas de áreas distintas perturbando el descanso. No existe coordinación entre áreas. Repito en lugar de descansar, uno termina aturdido y perturbado. Más aún en nuestro caso que fuimos con una niña de 4 años.

"We had or best time there!"

We traveled with kid and there was so many activities for him! Loved the kids club! kids didn't wanted to leave kids club! Amazing organizations there when kid can tell when he wants to leave and internet in property is so good that it was always so safe to leave him and get a message without worrying that I will not get a message! Kids pools and aqua park was amazing! There is so many things we liked that I can't even describe all of them! Food, cocktails, staff, entertainment, all was so good and I definitely enjoyed every minute there!

The only thing what I did not understood was the toilets! In rooms they were okay but public ones were nasty because they didn't flush. I would suggest to change them to normal Europien style toilets.
