Staff and location

The room seemed dated and the carpeted floor had exposed nails where the carpet meets the tiles, which my wife stood on her and pierced her foot.

Lovely spacious room with balcony overlooking river and busy city. Short distance to where we wanted to be

Parking was in very short supply making an inhospitable arrival. The second night was worse as staff had to find a parking bay while we waited 30 minutes. Underground parking is often low in height which is difficult for 4WD vehicles The shower over bath is an accident waiting. Short or elderly people would find it difficult getting in and out of shower. A non slip surface would be helpful.
