Lovely friendly staff on reception. Clean room with all the facilities you need for a short stay. Great location fit the marine (whale watching) and the old town..

WiFi a bit hit and miss in the room but strong in communal areas.

Both swimming pools are nice and the room was absolutely clean and tidy. Location is very convenient for the city center and the port area.

You need to pay on top for everything, even the swim caps we had to buy, despite some people didn’t wear them, and so the billiard cues and balls. It’s not possible to have a flat price for parking, if you come and go you need to pay every time. We did not use pre-paid breakfasts as my son was at the hospital for several days with my wife, and when we extended the stay because of that reason, that was not considered and we had to pay for additional breakfast (fine with the rules, but not nice).

Personnel du bar et petit déjeuner très sympa.

Personnel de l'accueil très moyen. Aucune communication Personnel du spa ne sert à rien . Il est juste bon à vous donner un code à scanner Nul pour un Hôtel 4 🌟 Franchement nous sommes déçus, chambre très petite, il a fallu demandé à plusieurs reprises des serviettes et tapis de bain.

Excelente localização. Espaçoso e confortável. Bom pequeno-almoço.

Parque de estacionamento do hotel ser pago, quando podia ser um serviço incluído. Para chegar ao quarto era preciso usar 2 elevadores e percorrer um corredor relativamente longo.
