Great place to stay in Krakow; very helpful and attentive staff.

It was clean and the bathroom was equipped well but the hotel was too noisy with all the fitness facilities and no tea or coffee facilities in the room. It was more like a fitness centre with rooms added not a hotel with fitness available. The first evening they were playing squash near our room through the night! Not acceptable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and allowed me to leave my luggage for a few hours on my day of departure.

I am happy to stay at this hotel. Clean, nice, helpful staff. See you soon ;)

It was ok. Off the main road which was good. Clean enough. Breakfast was very disappointing in that it could take so long even to get a coffee

So to be honest it was literally like a Dream hotel for people that exercise and also travel the gym was fully equipped the rooms were clean they were not super huge but I did not find a large space actually necessary for travel it had everything I wanted and more

Comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and a fantastic location close to all sites and amenities.

The health and fitness facilities looked great and well organised and did not cause any inconvenience to the actual guests.. The buffet breakfast was adequate and was overall was great value for money and the location was perfect for discovering the old town, wawel and Kazimierz.
