We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. What really made our stay special was the outstanding service from the staff. A special mention goes to Joanna, who was absolutely excellent throughout our visit. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast with a very wide choice! Friendly staff. The room was not very big, but comfortable. Excellent location. This was our second stay here and surely not our last!

The cleaning person didn't refill the body lotion.
