"This was the worst commercial stay I have ever experienced."

The breakfast was simple. There was cereal, juice and pancakes/syrup.

The A/C unit in my room made loud noises throughout the night. I was unable to sleep. Initially, I thought the noise originated outside. I contacted the desk and complained about the noise. I was told they would check on it. No one every followed up with me regarding the resolution of the problem. The iron was blackened over 1/2 of the sole plate. The stopper in the face bowl did not work. Therefore, I could not drain out the water used to shave. I emailed the property regarding these issues. They responded that I could check out late. I am total disappointed with this stay.

That accommodation impacted me a lot, since those who work are very friendly, in the morning with the rush to pick up everything I was left with a table, I went out and arrived at my house in Houston and the next day I remembered I realized that I did not have it I called the place and they had kept it for me, the next day I passed by there and they gave it to me intact, very kind

"Will not stay again"

Close to hwy

Very noisy. You could hear everything. Cars starting @ 4am. Toilets flushing. Chairs moving from above. Holes in towels
