Guests highly rate the staff was friendly and accommodating and frequently praise the breakfast was good.
This place was very expensive considering lots of stuff was broken, including the elevator, the breakfast drink dispenser etc. The sink in my room had a loose faucet, too, which leaves me to believe that the manager is not taking good care of this property.
I liked this property was right off the highway. Everything was clean. Staff was courteous, friendly and professional.
Everything thing was great. I have nothing to complain about. The employees were nice. We had a room on the second floor and since my husband has bad knees he was nice enough to change our room to one closer to the elevator. Breakfast was real good. The lady monitoring the breakfast was doing a great job. Planning to make it our place to stay every time we go to gatesville.
Nice beds, clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, good hotel over all.
There was a dingy/musty odor in the room. But other than that it was great. The accommodated a last minute change for me with ease. Beds were super comfortable.
