First, the staff is excellent and management truly care about the customer. I have been all over the world and this is first hotel I've visited that has captured my admiration. The food was great and varied day by day. It went from American dishes to Exotic dishes and they will cook your eggs anyway you want them (fresh). In the customer satisfaction department, every employee was extremely receptive to suggestions as improving the quality of service was their top priority. What I loved the most about Alpa is that they have a baby grand piano which is positioned in the lobby and its sounds wonderful. My room was on the 7th floor and it was nearly perfect! The room was clean, and room service was on point. Furthermore, while inside the room; we could not hear any road noise, music, or other guests. I read a lot of the reviews and I am glad Alpa Suites was my choice. If you want to have a nice stay which is centrally located in an ideal area, with staff and management that will cater to your needs, then look no further.

Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. I realized I chose right place to stay one night in Cebu. It was my first visit to this city and I realized this hotel is located between Cebu city and airport. I will stay here again in the future.

Some staff are nice and some are not. We stayed for one night and 2 nights separetely. Facilities and furniture were nice. We were fine since we were in Philipinnes however I would not recommend this hotel if you don't want any roaches. Overall, we liked our stay there.

When we arrived at 2 pm to check-in, at first the Receptionist said the room would be ready in a few minutes, after about 5 minutes then she said it would be another 15 - 20 minutes, the truth was that the room was not yet cleaned or ready for occupancy. What is the point of having a Reservation if they do not get organized enough to make certain that your room can be occupied when you arrive. On a positive note, the room was well appointed, very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast buffet is very good, for a 3 star Hotel the buffet is exceptional.

Pros: bed has a mattress cover; decent buffet breakfast; spacious room Negs: dim lights; no sound proofing like carpet anywhere throughout hotel therefore very audible; eventhough on 7th floor, can hear dogs barking and traffic noise throughout the night; soap is a joke, about the size of a half a pack of gum. Why even bother providing such skimpy toileteries?

Good value for money hotel. Considering the price I pay for the room, the complimentary buffet breakfast is a bonus.

Very good. I would recommend to anyone. Room is clean and comfortable. Safe, refrigerator, TV, electric kettle. Staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Location is not in center of Cebu City. It's in Mandaue, which is closer to the airport and the port, I believe.

ACS has seen better days. The property is in need of general maintanance and modernization. I doubt the walls and doors have seen paint for many years. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.
