"MY stay wasn't the greatest but was okay."

Breakfast was Okay, room was nice except the door key did not work much of the time, bed was okay.

The room door key would not always work and I had to go to the front desk on several occasions to get it corrected.

The room and bed were very good. Breakfast was ok. There was noise in the hallway the second night. Very loud talking by other guests around 10:00 PM.

Would have liked a little more comfortable seating. Some of the light didn't work in the room I stayed in.

It was clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly.

Although there were lots of choices for breakfast, some of the choices were unacceptable. The biscuits were good but the gravy was tasteless. The danish had just been taken out of the freezer. The boiled eggs were frozen.

"This hotel did not meet our expectations."

The room decor was nice.

The room was not stocked with a blow dryer or enough towels for my family of 4, so I had to call the front desk for these things, which was inconvenient. The staff was not very professional in my interactions. There was "loitering" in the parking lot on multiple occassions. Upon our arrival, a man was on the front sidewalk sitting in a lawn chair with a cooler out and his feet propped up. The second day a group of construction workers hung out in the parking lot as well.
