The rooms were comfortable. Convenient use of hotel facilities eg, restaurant, bars and gym. Staff were very pleasant. Alyssa from reception is our favourite and Davi from Yamagen.

That there was a lot of scaffolding around the building and that the bazaar marketplace was still not up and running. Yamagen restaurant was great but the atmosphere felt like you were in a cafeteria. The windows were all blocked out. Pillows in the rooms are too soft. You have to almost fold them in half to make them firmer. Which we did.
