Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren geradezu riesig. Lage direkt neben U-Bahn Station

The restaurant staff was seemingly rude to us for some reason on the second day. During breakfast they asked for our room numbers and did some checks and told us we don’t have breakfast included. I showed them the booking which mentioned breakfast included. The staff reluctantly said “okay since you showed, I’ll consider it, but mind you, only two breakfasts per room”. I went ahead and ordered eggs and bacon, and then she told me “are you sure? It contains bacon”. I don’t want to say it but that statement seemed racist. I don’t know why we had to experience rudeness, suspicion and some form of racism first thing in the morning.

King bed was comfortable. Glad it was close to a metro.

The fold out mattress is falling apart and super uncomfortable. Asked front desk for roll out ,but none and no other foldout bed available. The mattress might be 50 years old? Not a good nights rest on it....

Mo, our baretnder was exceptional and by far the best personnel at this property. checkin desk seemed annoyed when we asked for another blacket for the sofa-bed. and staff just seemed bothered by our questions. But Mo was exceptional and clearly saved the experiences I had previously. Thanks Mo! I came from a 5 star hospitality manager and my best advise is that the front desk staff appear more supportive and accomodating than they did during our stay!
