Die Ruhe, der Poolbereich einfach herrlich. Die überschaubare Größe des Hotels, alles auf einer Ebene ist toll! Wunderschön auch die vielen Blühpflanzen, Palmen und Olivenbäume auf dem weitläufigen Hotel-Areal. Frühstück in Summe ausreichend, immer frisches Obst.

Die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer und die tägliche Zuweisung der Tische zum Frühstück, die Kaffeemaschine, welche keinen guten Kaffee gemacht hat und dass die Brötchen inmitten der Frühstückszeit bereits vergriffen waren. Einige Liegen am Pool müssten ausgetauscht werden.

Een haciënda-achtige setting die serene rust uitstraalt. Personeel heel erg vriendelijk en welwillend. Heel erg aangenaam verbleven!

We used the hotel more as a base than as somewhere to spend the whole day at. The breakfast was delicious, every day was slightly different. Large car park, so no parking worries. We drove to a different beach / cove every day, so definitely needed a car. The local beaches were not our type of beach (we like remote / quiet coves) so the busier nature of the local ones would not be for us, but they were a 3-4 min drive away. We came back to the hotel pool for the late afternoon and most days we were almost the only ones there. We used the large supermarkets that were 5-10 min drive away for lunch food. Dinner was had locally. Lots of restaurant choices very close by. Hotel room was very nice with a lovely private outside area. The bathroom provided shampoo/conditioner all in one and shower gel. Hairdryer provided is a standard hotel strength, so not amazing, but it’s so hot there, hair air dries pretty quick anyway. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were given beach recommendations when asked and on our last morning, they opened breakfast 15 mins early so we could properly eat before we had to leave.

Бронировал поездку на букинг, была указана цена с завтраками, оплатил цену, цена была указана одна, в итоге сняли цену больше. По приезду оказалось, что завтраков нету, они не входят в цену, хотя при бронировании было указано, что цена с завтраками. Управляющая сказала, что ничего не знает, обращайтесь в букинг, в букинге оставил больше 10 жалоб, так ничего не ответили, сказала, что это не ее проблемы. Прилагаю скрин при бронировании и сколько я оплатил. В итоге мы оплатили дороже и без завтраков.

La struttura ha un grande potenziale ma non è assolutamente gestita,il tutto risulta trascurato e lasciato al caso. Qualsiasi area della struttura era mal tenuta;già dall'ingresso si notavano foglie secche,olive cadute e mai raccolte che invadevano qualsiasi zona si volesse raggiungere,la zona piscina presentava molti lettini rotti, arrugginiti e sporchi(ho visto ospiti pulirli prima di appoggiare i teli),anche il verde (piante)erano secche e trascurate,la camera è stata la cosa più angosciante:umida senza confort con biancheria logora, letti scomodissimi bagno vecchio... Il mio trattamento era di solo pernottamento ma qualora avessi deciso di cenare un vecchio foglio diceva che non era possibile. Ho fatto richiesta alla signora (forse proprietaria)di poter cambiare camera,ma senza nessun tipo di disponibilità ha negato la mia richiesta (e la struttura non era al completo come da verifica su Booking), quindi dopo solo due notti di soggiorno anziché 5 abbiamo lasciato l'hotel ed ovviamente a spese nostre abbiamo scelto un'altra struttura. Mi chiedo come possa essere definito un boutique hotel 4 stelle. Se mi è possibile allego foto.
