Aruni Bali Jimbaran Boutique Villa

The property was in good condition when we checked in. However, the staff did not clean up after breakfast, leaving all the plates with food remnants untouched until the next day. On the second day, the milk provided for the child was spoiled. When we reported this, three staff members came separately and argued that the milk had not expired. Furthermore, they did not offer to replace the milk, claiming they had none in stock, despite a store with milk being just a 5-minute walk from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mutiara Jimabaran. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in a one bedroom villa. It was beautiful and clean, with a private pool, kitchen area and huge bathroom area. Grocery stores were close by and ot was a three minute taxi ride to Jimbaran Beach. Would thoroughly recommend!

The Villa itself is very spacious with a large pool and garden area. We found limited stocked kitchen items. The Villa roof has bats living there so when you get up on the morning if you have little children you need to be very careful as there was bat poo everywhere which is very toxic we did request housekeeping to clean each morning which they did. The Villa is on top of a hill on a busy road so not ideal to walk with kids as no pavements they do advertise a Free shuttle service to Supermarket and local area but they do not have a shuttle we had to order taxis to get everywhere. Overall we had a good time staff were very friendly and helpful but because of where the Villa is situated would not re visit.

Many bugs

The hotel was beautiful, very spacious, super clean the ground floor bathroom has a "outdoor shower" it's brilliant. The breakfast was brought to the villa each day and the table set ready for you good extensive menu too. We had a wonderfully time here and would recommend to any one.

Only 1 small thing was the second bedroom on the upper floor was only able to be accessed from an external staircase, we have kids old enough that this was acceptable but this wouldn't be suitable for younger children.

Quite a good location for those who plan spend most of the time on Jimbaran beach. But you have to be on the car/bike, it is a must. No walikng around is possible at all, even to the closest supermarket (which is only 300 m away) due to VERY high traffic and absence of sidewalks Spacious bedrooms and shared kitchen area Good pool, with lightning and small fountain Good variety of meals for the breakfast, optionally you can order lunch or dinner too Rather big (for Bali) parking area Very convenient beds

Very-very poor kitchen facilities. Actually it is almost impossible to organize full self-catering despite the availability of the kitchen itself. There were almost no dishes and kitchen utensils. Even for the knife we had to request additionally. And the guy on the receprion finally just gave us his own, I suppose. The same for the pot and frying pan. So, just don't count on cooking on the villa, that's it. For us it was an unpleasant suprise, cause we are VERY big family with kids and every day for every meal - visiting restaurants, is not an option A bit weeak shower pressure, but nothing really crucial. As for me - poor lightning. Absence/lack of mosquito repellent treatment, what makes almost impossible to have a dinner in the evening (and you have no any kitchen facilities inside, only outside the bedrooms)
