The room was great staff was professional

Let’s just say I wasn’t a happy camper for the amount of money I paid I wasn’t happy. Front Desk was very slow 1 pets at desk. Then I was told at the desk that I got a up grade room because they didn’t have any more rooms that I book for ….. if this was a upgrade I hate too see the regular room. I booked for 2nights but 3 days before I have a death in my family but I still had other family members here so I said let me cancel Saturday night price told me it was approved just when I check out call them back well I didn’t get refunded at all. The room was freezing cold it was nasty rusty dirty no garbage bags and garbage cans. It wasn’t worth my price. How about $59 a night not $159. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. I really assume that it was the Loft…….

Not really that elegant rooms were dirty

The best things about the property were: location; tv and; great shower pressure and hot water. Issues: Beat up furniture in room; Room doors looked like someone was kicking them; White stuff floating in pool; Breakfast was not good and served in foil pans; There is only one shuttle and the wait to and from is extremely long (we ended up taking an Uber from the casino); No DO NOT DISTURB signs for door; Hall way looks industrial and dim; Ceiling in room had stains (not sure if it’s mold) and; Hotel needs an extreme update/makeover!!! Not worth the price.

Everything and everybody was exceptional

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient and close to The Baltimore Washington International Airport. Only one elevator (the one on the left) was working, so there were occasional wait times. The bathroom had a rainfall shower head, but didn't have an exhaust fan or bathtub. The sofa bed had some crumbs in it and there were some stains on the mattress. The linens, pillows, and mattress cover for the sofa bed were not in the room. Breakfast was offered daily and usually included sausage patties or links, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, cereal, bagels, fresh fruit and yogurt (regular and fat free). Close to the airport

We have stayed previously here. The free breakfast to me wasn't tasty. The French toast was dried out; the diced potatoes were lukewarm and dry. The turkey sausage was dry. The eggs looked unappealing. We had the same breakfast both days. I would have thought that they would have hanged up the breakfast meat and eggs each day. The plus of the hotel was the staff at the front desk and the shuttle bus drivers.
