Property was clean and spacious

The staff wasn’t attentive, front desk clerk st check in was on a personal call. Several times when walking through the lobby. Had to pay for parking and there was no breakfast Included

We picked the hotel because there was a park nearby to walk our dog. It was very nice to be able to take him there without driving somewhere.

We stayed three nights and we didn't have any service in our room at all. No one emptied the trash, vacuumed or gave us new towels. I would have preferred not to buy breakfast, and I don't like paying for parking.

Value,location and most of the staff.

The neighboring hotel charged me for breakfast when I gave her my voucher for it. I noticed after I left the location. I had to spend time to get it corrected. I fail to understand why she would do that. What is the point of presenting my voucher AND being charged too? Time is a precious commodity that cannot be reclaimed and it caused me unnecessary stress. Thankfully I’m told I have been refunded and will be looking for the adjustment. Also I detest the hideous blue bean bag in the room and it could not be removed from the room. It in my opinion takes away from the design and decor of the otherwise beautiful space.
