The room facilities were not functioning upon our checking in. Doors cannot be locked despite informing earlier. The sink was stuck. The bed was lopsided.

Location and pool

Room Service never answered phone. QR code provided in room for menu didn't work. Ended up having to order food online because simply could not get menu or room service. No towels in room upon arrival and when I asked they bought only one towel for two adult room. Key locked out after only one day even with room booked for 2 days.
