Everything was fine but someone (probably from the staff) opened our room door twice in the morning before our checkout time. We were so tired that couldn’t even speak up but it felt odd and weird

We checked out at 5:30 in the morning and would like to give a special thank you to the dark-haired gentleman at the front desk. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and service-minded despite the early hour. His positive attitude and excellent customer service left us with a great final impression of our stay. A real credit to the hotel – thank you for making our departure so smooth and pleasant :)
