It’s a great location, and the staff are super friendly.

The cleaning schedule for the rooms is ropey at best. Whilst towels got changed daily, used cups weren’t replaced and making the bed was basically pulling the sheet up a bit. Wasn’t really impressed when I was in a junior suite, so should have felt a little more premium.

Great location, Lovely pool and spa facilities, which were very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room service do a really great job!

Rooms are tired and dated; they need a refresh, however I see they are in the process of updating in phases. The restaurant has a wide selection of food for breakfast, but some improvements are needed in quality, taste and presentation, and unfortunately we always we found the food only tepid. Lastly although breakfast was included in out booking we found there were no vegan options proactively provided, so some of our party ate elsewhere.

Bed was as hard as a rock

The facilities and the closeness to everything. The staff are excellent, helpful and approachable. The room was nice and large. Cleaned and fresh towels daily.

Furniture was damaged and the spa temperature was way too hot for my liking.

Etant à mobilité réduite avec béquilles, j'ai beaucoup apprécié la bienveillance de la part de tout le personnel, tout le monde est très agréable, genti et l'ambiance était vraiment très sympa, la communauté des "client-x-e-s" vraiment adorables ! Je me suis sentie très à l'aise et j'ai discuté avec pas mal de monde ! Merci beaucoup 😉

.... je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié que les vacances passent trop vite mais j'y retournerai bientôt !😉

Unfriendly staff

The pool was great, and the sunbathing area lovely. A few more parasols would be useful when it’s really hot. My room was spacious, with great balcony. Good breakfast selection, and loved that it was open till 11am. Staff were efficient and pleasant, and location was excellent. The hotel events looked great fun, and were well attended and organised. I was really surprised at how quiet the hotel was at night, and my bed was really comfy.

The pool bar service was really slow, another person there would have speeded things up a touch. More lift keys would be useful, it can take a lot of energy to get one. The rooms are a little dated of course, but the upgraded ones that are being completed look fab.
