Angkor Holiday Hotel

Facilities: Modern; Value: Affordable; Service: Respectful; Although most staff had limited English, they really went out of their way to help. All rooms are a good size.

In general it was pretty good. The pool is alright. There's a great supermarket across the street in the Lucky Mall. And yoghurt ice cream bar out front. The fitness room is a joke. Nothing in there works. Room was okay.

Suite has two large rooms, but not a lot of table space to place belongings except on the floor. No hair dryer, tissues or bottle opener in room. Air conditioning and temp control switch needed repair one evening. Shower door handle fell off and was not replaced/fixed during our stay. Shower water temp was sometimes just warm at best. Only place to put soap and shampoo was on the floor. Breakfast was not at a 4 star hotel standard. Overall a disappointing "suite" experience and far from an expected romantic 4 day stay. I'd definitely recommend the nearby Somadevi Hotel for overall quality and experience.

We 8 persons, stay in this hotel for 5 days, enjoy very friendly and good service of their staff. Most of our team members love the breakfast most. It's location to centrial market and pub-street is very convenince also. One of the pity is we failed to get non-smoking room. One of our team member have to change the room due to the smell.

The hotel is rather luxurious, within reasonable walking distance to Old Market (esp for those who wish to explore), where the tourists are, and near other attractions such as Royal Residences and Angkor National Museum. The hotel room I got was big for a single person and the staff are friendly.

Top notch.I recommend this hotel to everybody.Good food,good people,good location.I will be staying here again.Two thumbs up !!

My trip was a solo photo tour of Cambodia based mostly at the Angkor temples and Phnom Penh using this hotel as a "base camp" to go from. The hotel is in a great location-easy and quick to airport and temples. Close enough to bar street but yet far enough away to keep quiet at night. They have tuk-tuks just across the entrance for you to use that have friendly and rather knowledgeable drivers. The pool was well kept and a necessity because of the heat/humidity. The daily breakfast that was included was great including Western, Asian and Cambodian choices. The rooms are clean and welcoming w/ ice cold A/C. One bad thing was they charge for internet which is something I've never seen in a hotel, hostel or guesthouse in Cambodia, but right across the street is a free wi-fi grocery store.

Fantastic room, service was great. Certainly a joy to return to Siem Reap knowing our accomodation was great.
