Great location, could walk to the main downtown area. Staff was very nice. Many celebrities have stayed there.

Breakfast was awesome, service was excellent. All of our needs were met with a delightful smile and eagerness to please.

Stay was too short!

Breakfast was perfectly cooked and delicious. The location is perfect for walking downtown and the bay areas. Staff was always friendly and helpful, regardless of whether the front desk, cooks , etc.

I forgot to mention it to the staff but the fridge in room 12 isn't working although the small freezer was. And the bedside outlets did not work with the lights off. We just unscrewed the bulbs.

Our room was very comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and our waiter Mark couldn’t have been any nicer.

Can’t think of any improvements.

Nothing. Loved it

The view was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. The house was beautiful and I loved that it was historic.

Well the website speaks of such elegance and antique furniture which was very scarce. I didn’t like the decoration it was like a hotel not a historic mansion. I have stayed in beautiful homes all over the south. The interior was in need of fresh paint and carpets and rugs were stained and dingy. I was surprised because the rooms were 285.00 a night. The wallpaper was torn in our bathroom and the lampshades were ragged and threads coming off. Just wasn’t expecting that.
