"Difficult to fault"

Sensationally comfortable beds . Large room for city hotel . One of the best buffet breakfast ever! See photos - but great savoury as well . Try the scrambled eggs and mushrooms

Initially we thought a little soulless but that soon changed . The usual small shower room

"Personalen, servicekänslan och frukosten är helt otrolig!"

För oss var det två saker som verkligen stod ut under vår vistelse och gjorde hela skillnaden: 1. Personalen. De var extremt uppmärksamma, vänliga, avslappnade och hade alltid ett leende över, samt en vilja att lösa minsta problem. Världsklass! Ovanligt i Sverige. 2. Frukosten. Att Ruth har vunnit Hotel breakfast awards flera gånger är ingen slump - den är outstanding. Svårt att sätta fingret på varför - det är inte den största buffén vi träffat på, men valen av mat och dryck är så träffsäkra och väl tillagade att man bara sitter och suckar. Kak- och dessertbuffén är också ett erbjudande i särklass.

Det finns inget att klaga på egentligen, allt var fantastiskt. Om något skulle ändras för framtiden skulle det i så fall vara att inredningen på rummen skulle spegla den chica, varma och lyxiga känslan i lounge/ restaurang/ frukost-avdelningen. Lite mer färg, mjuka mattor och textilier - mer boutiquehotell känsla! Men rummen är verkligen komfortabla så det är bara ett framtida önskemål!
