The apartment location along the canals is scenic and it's a convenient 5 min walk to the V&A. The apartment facilities were good at Falconier and comfortable for a self-catering stay.. Daily housekeeping is helpful and the staff are friendly and kind. We appreciated the upgrade from the initial apartment Altmore to Falconier block where we actually extended our stay by a week. Kayaking the canals was enjoyable and a must-do activity.

The initial apartment we were allocated was sub-par in terms of facilities, decor and location but the kind lady from Reservations named Chante was so knowledgeable about every apartment and immediately upgraded us to a lovely unit more suited to our needs. The bathroom is a bit dated and could use a makeover at some point.
