Me gustó todo ubicación, limpieza y el bufé inmejorable la única pega es que me dijeron la piscina era climatizada y estaba súper fría de resto todo genial el personal muy atentos y amables

Beds are not comfortable and poor quality Cockroaches in room and Bathrooms Price is to High and quality is very poor Hairdrier didn’t work,juicer didnt work I don’t reccomend this hotel and i travel a lot

"Weather in Tenerife is always good."

Good place for families with children.

Property looks like surviving big economical depression. In rooms no ceiling lights, all equipment much used, no USB ports, infrastructure not renovated last at least couple of years. On booking it is wrongly configured i.e. small childs in Booking are pointed as for free and once we arrived we have been asked to add 400 EUR more… Hotel staff hardly speak English
