Nous avons séjourné au Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa à l’Île Maurice et nous y avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Le personnel, notamment Rubesh, a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour très agréable. La chambre était très confortable, spacieuse, impeccablement propre et joliment décorée. La restauration est excellente, avec des plats délicieux et variés. La plage est très agréable, avec un véritable petit aquarium naturel : l’eau est translucide et idéale pour faire du snorkeling sans effort. Bien que nos bagages soient restés à Paris à notre arrivée, le service bagagerie de l’hôtel a été particulièrement efficace et a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous soyons livrés très rapidement. Nous reviendrons certainement au Victoria Beachcomber.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the beach, which makes the experience very relaxing and convenient. The facilities are very good, well maintained, and easy to access. It is simple to move around the resort, and everything feels well organized. The overall atmosphere is enjoyable and welcoming. The proximity to the beach and the layout of the resort were definitely highlights of our stay.

One concern we had during our stay was seeing mice/rats in the corridors and gardens during the night. On one occasion, we also noticed them near the restaurant area. Although we understand that this is a tropical environment, this situation made us uncomfortable, especially given the standards expected from a hotel of this level. We believe this is something that should be carefully addressed to ensure guest comfort and hygiene.

Odaların içinden Kertenkele ve böcek çıkması , ilaçlama yapmıyorlar, daha temiz olabilirdi, oda da içme suyunun paralı olması, oda kartların ara ara çalışmaması, Restaurant ta yemek yerken çatıdan üstüme kertenkele düştü, Restaurant a yol da yürürken önümüzden fare ve kurbağalar geçiyordu,.....

The nice welcome was appreciated very much! The hotel design and flow of spaces is aesthetically pleasing. Beach and pool amazing! Nice entertainment and good vibes!

Would be nice if buffet food could cater for kids as well e.g some finger foods like chicken strips, chicken nuggets and french fries would be nice. The pizza was very good! Soft drinks not included in half board. Would be nice if it was. Transport from the hotel to places quite expensive.
