"Relaxing place."

10.0

This was a perfect resort for 6 days. Our plan included all meals which were all good, as well as wine, beer, non alcoholic drinks. Plenty of choice. Room was spacious, clean, great bathroom. Setting is lovely overlooking beach and a pool right outside. Free aquarobics very enthusiastically run by staff, very popular activity. We happen3d to be staying a hurricane which meant staffing levels were reduced, and room wasn't serviced for a day. But made no difference to our stay.

"Absolutely lovely holiday!"

8.0

Mostly everything!Food was great at all the restaurants..Buffet,La Casa and the seafood place Horizon. We had the "All Inclusive Package" and at the a la Carte Restaurants it was basically only the Crayfish that had a surcharge.Rooms were serviced daily to our satisfaction re towels etc and no complaints about the refilling of the fridge...the drinks at the many bars were never stinged on and kept flowing...the rooms are very near to the beach and as we had a groundfloor room,it was steps away from the sand/sea.Watershoes is a definate necessity as there are rocks and coral as you enter the sea...gardens are lovely...lots of dogs that the hotel looks after, but they are not a nuisance...normal scramble for deckchairs by the pool...lots of chairs but not umbrellas....big pool and mostly shallow...ideal for kids but not so much for swimmmers....all the normal sea activities, some free but where petrol is used they have a charge which is understandable....we did not take part in any landbased activities but there are signs to the paddlecourt, bocciball etc.....loooots of children....its a family hotel,so if you want to get away from children, rather chose the Victoria for 2...they have their own pool and children are not allowed in that area.We had only 2 teenagers in our group of 10, but having children around enjoying themselves never bothered us.Mostly the servers and personnel was nice and friendly...sometimes someone looked a bit harried, and the tables did not get cleared as quickly as one wanted, but we were on holiday and did not have to rush anywhere,so not much complaints about that ....the weather was great allthough a few drops fell everyday,it cleared up within an hour and offcause it was still warm and humid! We really had a great time and will visit again,if possible.

Do not take the transport offered by the hotel from the Airport/return.It is so much more expensive! We used Booking.coms' offer of transport and it was A1 and cost half the price of the other. One small niggle that we had was our roomfridge which did not cool the drinks inside. They came to check at least 3 times but nothing was fixed. It was no help to ask for ice because that took ages to arrive. We resorted to bring the drinks with ice ourselves from the bar to our room if we wanted to have them on our patio. The last is not the Resorts fault but the greediness of some persons.....people stacking their plates with food and not eating it...I just hate the waste...Adults letting their children do the same!!The food will still be there later, one can always go back for a 2nd portion!! There is,as well, always something to order if one gets hungry between meals!!People please!!!

"Superb"

9.0

Very friendly staff, very accommodating. They let us check out 4 hours later. Spa experience as part of the honeymoon package was amazing. The a la carte restaurants were included in the half board package. Excellent food- buffet and a la carte restaurants.

The room was slightly dated, especially the bathroom. There were ants there too. Also on arrival they didn’t know we were on the honeymoon booking but later sorted it out.

"Best week of my life"

10.0

I loved everything! We did the all inclusive package and boy was it worth. Endless food and drinks which includes 4 restaurants to choose from. From the moment we arrived we were treated like queens. Rooms great with stunning view. Minibar is filled every day. My mom had a mini accident on our second day there. Great doctor on site and we were checked on every day after that. We hardly left the resort because it had everything we needed. Great activities as well that is included. I loved it. Recommending it to everyone. As a animal lover I also loved that they look after some stray dogs, as the island has a lot of them.

The only thing that I would say is that the hotel needs an Atm. U can draw cash there, but only a small amount for your entire stay and U pay a fee. If U want to take a taxi for instance, I did not have enough cash.

"A wonderful and memorable stay ."

8.0

Clean and had all the facilities you need . Also the proximity to a lovely beach .the staff could not do enough for you .

Although I did not use the swimming pool it is too small for the amount of clients . Also there should definitely be a children’s pool and area .you should not have to pay to swim in the adults pool.you shouldn’t have to pay for water if your on half board .it was very expensive too.

"Felt like a home away from home. I’d stay again!"

9.0

Huge hotel across long stretch of beach and each part of the beach offered different views and swimming experience. Plenty of sun beds available always, beautiful sunsets and free water sport activities. The staff were so lovely and accommodating - made me feel so welcomed and supported during my stay. Nothing was too much of an issue for them. Great facilities, nice food quality and choice across the 4 restaurants. I enjoyed the big variety of things to do on the resort - so many different spots to relax so never got bored, including hammocks, bean bags, sofas dotted around, seating in and outside room. Enjoyed the gym and spa - excellent massage from Roxanne. Loved the coconut man on the beach! I’d stay again

Some rooms in the hotel are in need of renovation. The first room I was in was very tired and I saw the room next door was the same. I had a leak in my room and bugs so I ended up being upgraded to the renovated side of the hotel and that was 10/10. So check when booking!
