Front desk VERY RUDE! Toilet didn’t work, was told someone would be to look at it she couldn’t move me because she only had 3 rooms left. They did eventually come look at the toilet and showed me the trick in the tank to make the water work. I was charged twice once by this website once by super 8, then told me there’s no way that they could charge me because she didn’t have access to my account! But my bank statement says otherwise. Was charged by BKG booking $82.12 and by super 8 $82.10 was told there was nothing she could do to fix it! Very unhappy with this stay!
