Zimmer war nicht sauber und im Kühlschrank gab es noch Essensreste. Rauchgeschmack von der Gästeterasse unter dem Zimmerfenster. Frühstück war sehr einfach und alles eher kalt..

Das Frühstück war gut, man sollte allerdings nicht zu spät dazu kommen. Der 24-Stunden-Service ist gewährleistet, aber der Nachtportier spricht keine Fremdsprachen. Insgesamt war das Personal freundlich und der Service gut.

The location was excellent and very central,we were able to walk to all the places we visited. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was disappointing, the food didn’t seem fresh and the selection was quite limited. It was also very noisy due to loud music from a nearby pub. In the room, essential items like toilet paper, towels, and shower toiletries were missing, and we had to request them ourselves. Overall, we expected a much higher standard of quality and service for the price we paid.
