Diamond Bay Resort & Spa

I absolutely love staying at Diamond Bay Resort and Spa. This was my third time here, and it just keeps getting better every visit. The property itself is stunning, very spacious, surrounded by nature, and incredibly peaceful. It feels like a true escape. I always book the Jacuzzi bungalow with an ocean view, and it has become my favorite spot. There’s something so special about waking up to the sea, having your own private space, and enjoying the quiet luxury this place offers. Every time I come back, I even request the same bungalow because it feels like home. The staff here are truly exceptional. Everyone is warm, kind, and genuinely happy to help with anything you need. The level of service makes such a difference and is one of the main reasons I keep returning. The food is another highlight. Whether you’re in the mood for Asian or Western cuisine, everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. There’s something for everyone, and I’ve never had a bad meal here. The massage and spa services are also fantastic, perfect for relaxing and fully enjoying the resort experience. Overall, this place is beautiful, peaceful, and consistently delivers an amazing experience. I will definitely keep coming back.

Occasionally there are group events that can be a bit loud, but overall it didn’t impact my stay much.

Отлив или полное отсутствие возможности купаться. Оставили на последний день именно для того, чтобы покупаться, а купаться было негде. Ожидали, что залив и будет тихая вода. Но воды в заливе было по щиколотку. И это не полнолуние. Возможно так всегда. До Нячанга 30 минут на такси. Возит иногда автобус, но редко и неудобно.

Ужасный сервис Не вкусная еда за дорогие цены Задержали по их вине номер ключ не сработал забрать вещи не смогли из номера вовремя. И они клянчили 2.5 мил донгов за полчаса задержки. Ужасный отель лохотрон. Сервиса нет от слова совсем. 4 ро детей им не помеха. Позвали охрану. И типа ну хотя бы 1 мил 200тыс донгов отдайте за поздний выезд. Кошмар просто

Nice quiet territory, good for night walks. Big swimming pool, and not too much visitors. Cozy, nice looking rooms with high ceilings and big balcony. 24/7 room service.

1. The AC in my room was turning on by itself several times a day, with no means to turn it off. Every day I reported the issue, and every day engineer came to my room, claiming they fixed it. And in a few hours it turned on by itself again. I had a Birthday during my stay, and I got two things as a present from this place: a little sweet treat (which was nice of them), and laryngitis from this faulty AC (which wasn't nice at all). Also, the AC bars were very dirty and covered in something that looked a lot like black mold. 2. Most of the stuff can barely understand even numerals in English. I spent, like, 5 minutes on the phone trying to explain to room service operator that I want number 1 and number 55 on the menue (she struggled to hear the difference between 15 and 55). And you can forget about trying to convey something more complicated to them, like "please make sure you put lime in my Corona beer". After a while she called back, saying they out of Coronas, and I asked her to cancel the whole order in that case. And what do you think, in 15 min or so they brought me the rest of an order - she said "ok" on the phone like she inderstood what I said, but it turns out she did not. That is another thing that is annoying about the staff: they make it look like they understand, but they really don't. And when they are trying to tell you something - it is barely understandable because it sounds like they speak Vietnamese (for instance, they spell "Corona" like three separate words, "Co Ro Na") 3. Restraunt has about the same price level as the finest restraunts in the city, but neither service, nor food can't even remotely be compared to other places of the same grade. And the stuff is incredibly lazy: three times I was ordering simple orange by QR code that is on every table near the pool (the website it leads to is very clunky, btw), and only one time it has been brought to me within 10 min.

Gardens were lovely; pool was amazing; beachfront clean and well kept; reception area was impressive. Breakfast was quite good.

Golf buggy drivers on their phones whilst driving along the resort paths. Beds around the pool were uncomfortable and would benefit from cushions. Music in the restaurant and pool area was repetitive and on a constant loop - after 2 weeks it was a nightmare! Shame only on restaurant/ bar was open.

Die Lage in der Nähe von Nha Trang und nicht zu weit vom Flughafen Cam Ran ist prima. Das Hotel bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten und es ist sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bad erst recht.

Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen haben wir trotz des elastischen Korbgeflechts etwas vermisst.
