Pas terrible

Very remote. 80 euros return for a taxi to go 6 miles to go to nearby town. Staff and views are brilliant but very rundown. Only 1 small shower gel a day and no other toiletries. Pool area never washed down even after complaint. Food average but not genuine Coke. Really needs updating totally. The staff try really hard to make everything good for you. I feel sorry for them. Needs a good clean and coat of paint.

WUNDERBARE UND AUSGEZEICHNETE ERFAHRUNG! Wir sind gerade von einem unvergesslichen Urlaub im Sunshine Corfu Hotel & Spa zurückgekehrt und könnten nicht glücklicher sein. Schon vom ersten Moment an wurden wir vom Personal mit Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit empfangen – das macht wirklich den Unterschied. Besonders möchten wir die lieben Damen an der Rezeption hervorheben: Penny, Viktoria, Sofia und Marlen – stets mit einem Lächeln, hilfsbereit und immer bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten. Ein absolut bezauberndes Team! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und bieten traumhafte Ausblicke auf das Ionische Meer – jeder Morgen fühlt sich an wie ein Geschenk. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken war großartig, stets schön präsentiert und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Agrippina Deyanira, die uns mit so viel Freundlichkeit und Professionalität im Buffetbereich bedient hat. Immer aufmerksam und mit einer warmen Ausstrahlung, die wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen – nicht nur wegen der ruhigen Atmosphäre und der schönen Anlage, sondern vor allem wegen des großartigen Personals, das es zu etwas ganz Besonderem macht. Hotellet var slidt og manglede vedligehold. Hvis noget gik i stykker forblev det bare defekt. Restauranten var forfærdelig - både udvalget og kvaliteten af maden. Halvdelen af restauranten var lukket ned, og man følte sig bestemt ikke velkommen. A'la carte restauranten var ligeledes forfærdelig. Man kunne vælge mellem 5 forskellige pizzaer, som blev lavet på færdigbagte bunde. Beskrivelsen på hjemmesiden lovede både pastaretter og is til dessert - ingen af dlene var der. Så v besluttede at gå tilbage til hovedrestauranten for at tage en portion is med på værelset. Men en tjener kom løbende og råbte efter os, at vi ikke måtte tage mad med ud af restauranten. Det har jeg alligevel aldrig prøvet før. 3 aftener valgte vi at spise uden for hotellet selv om vi havde betalt for all inclusive. Udsigten var god, så den nød vi. Det kan absolut ikke anbefales. Det er det suverænt dårligste hotel, vi nogenside har boet på. Brug pengene på et andet hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti in questa struttura,decidendo di andare via una notte prima del check out dalle condizioni pietose del posto. Camere messe male,sporche addirittura a noi ci ha pure entrata l’acqua della pioggia dentro camere dovendo spostare la figlia che dormiva in uno dei divani letti a dormire nel letto con noi. Abbiamo trovato vermi in camera,frigo sporchissimo bagno pieno di muffa capelli vasca sporchissima. Cibo scadente nel limite del marcio senza scelta e se non andavi a mangiare la prima ora che il restoranti apriva non trovavi più nulla. Abbiamo mangiato fuori per salvarci e per salvare le bambine. Odore terribile la struttura puzza di fogne e pesce marcio. E stato un esperienza terribile da non tornarci più assolutamente e da non raccomandare a nessuno di andare. Ascensori per scendere al mare che gli spegnevano tutto il tempo il motivo nn si sa,e personale scortese che dopo varie segnalazioni forse rispondevano con un mi spiace. Con noi c’erano anche cdue famiglie con neonati dove alla cucina abbiamo chiesto varie volte parlato anche con il menager da bollire la pasta e ci è stata rifiutata.Questo è l’atteggiamento di fronte a due bambini di 8 mesi. Ci riteniamo fortunati a non essere avvelenati e di aver avuto la possibilità di noleggiare auto e uscire fuori da questo orrore. Praticamente abbiamo pagato un all inclusive e abbiamo speso per mangiare fuori e andare al mare fuori dalla struttura.

I recently stayed at Sunshine Corfu Hotel & Spa All Inclusive , and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. **Food**: The food served at the hotel was of extremely poor quality. I ended up getting food poisoning after eating one of their meals, which completely ruined my stay. The food was not only tasteless but clearly unhygienic. I was sick for days and had to seek medical attention due to the severity of my symptoms. **Room**: The room was another disaster. It was dirty when I checked in, with visible stains on the bedding and dust everywhere. The bathroom was grimy, and it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. Despite my complaints to the staff, the room was never properly cleaned during my stay. **Service**: The service was equally appalling. The staff was unhelpful and rude. When I brought up my concerns about the food and the cleanliness of the room, they were dismissive and made no effort to address the issues. I felt completely neglected and ignored. **Conclusion**: This hotel was a total disappointment in every aspect. I would strongly advise against staying here if you care about your health, comfort, and overall experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay. This place is a health hazard and should be avoided at all costs.

Struttura molto bella realizzata con materiali di pregio, ottima posizione ma con pessima manutenzione. Personale gentilissimo ,mangiare mediocre, animazione scarsa, pulizie scarsa.
