I have sent an email of complaint overall disappointing

Location and views are great but access to facilities is difficult especially for the elderly

I was really excited about this property as the pictures looked incredible however the only incredible part was the view! My room was dirty with what looked like mold and the tap was covered in gross green colour! There were two nice staff members the rest I felt as though I was bothering them! Overall would not recommend to anyone I was very disappointed!

Essentially a nice location with great facilities, however the hotel bathrooms and general maintenance was very poor. Not great food either and overall disappointed. Only made good by the nice pools (albeit tiles falling off and the private beach) Most of the staff on site were great and friendly and the free alcohol helped. We won't be returning..

On the whole we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this hotel . The bar and restaurant staff were lovely and totally trustworthy ( my phone was found my a member of staff and handed back to me ) The entertainment was fantastic and the team where the best I’ve ever encountered , fun , happy and really lovely people . The facilities are amazing and the hotel pools and beach are stunning . Reception staff really great too , very helpful with queries and booking taxis , trips etc . The food was fine, lots of choice and tasty . Slight areas of disappointment - one member of staff behind the bar outside the main dining room was unbelievably rude , we overheard him tell a child who didn’t have the correct money for a drink to read the sign properly ! His behavior and attitude was so much in the minority though that he was easy to ignore ! The bedrooms whilst clean and spacious could do with a few updates - just looking a bit tired really . On the whole it was a great holiday , especially for families and I would definitely go back .

The views were breathtaking. The rooms were more 3 star but the staff were friendly, food was good and the location just stunning.

Accommodation a little tired and not as shown in the pictures. The hotel is in an amazing spot, the private beach was perfect for snorkelling. The two pools were ideal, one relax pool and one that had music and entertainment all day. The food was fantastic as they did plenty of traditional Greek food as well as other dishes to please everyone, especially the kids. Overall I will probably return as I had an amazing time with my two boys and I love Corfu

Hotel offers amazing views and nice Rocky beaches nearby.A lot of different good food,drinks,nice staff .But unfortunatelly downside is cleanless ,especially in a room on arrival.we had to clean floor before settle.rooms are spacious, but out dated, definitely not 4 star!! Hotel was 4 star probably 4 years ago ,but now needs improvements to get back where it was.lifts not cleaned,windows dirty .Some public toilets in terrible condition.

The room we were given was in an annex; the condition of which is disgusting to say the least! One may as well have slept on the floor it would been as uncomfortable! There was no kettle in the room and the room was serviced on the first morning and not after that; when we complained the comment was, Oh! No apology, or we'll get someone down there - nothing! When I checked out, again there was no comment about the servicing of the room; I can only assume that the night receptionist does not speak any English; this was certainly the case when I asked for a kettle for the room; the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about. If this is a 4 Star hotel someone should reassess the annex to this establishment, because it doesn't rate at all!

Lovely location and views. Rooms were not very clean and smelled unpleasant. Food quality low.
