Śniadanie było w porządku; obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Duży parking dla gości (choć też drogi jak na lokalizację).

Pokoje i sam hotel pilnie wymagają odświeżenia. Obdarte, brudne ściany; nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju (do tego brak klimatyzacji i niemożliwość pozostawienia otwartego okna na noc ze względu na imprezę organizowaną w hotelu); zużyte uszczelki przy prysznicu (podczas mycia się woda wypływa poza kabinę); zużyte meble błagające o wymianę/naprawę; poduszki pozbijane i zużyte. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę w porównaniu do standardu - nie mamy ochoty wracać do obiektu Mercure w Cieszynie. Zdecydowanie obecnie standard bardziej ** niż ***
