The property was kept so well. The thermal spas were amazing and the room was fantastic! It felt like we were in our own oasis. The location was perfect for all of our adventures in La Fortuna. The staff were all so attentive and kind. Justin met us with our bags and greeted us every afternoon/evening. I would highly recommend staying here!

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property.

Las vistas de la habitación y el desayuno

Que no hay banquitos en las termales a los costados de la principal. La cerámica / piso para sentarse en las gradas estaba muy grueso y grosero. Dado a que fuimos un par de días y el clima estaba lloviendo no pudimos ir a las termales de arriba, estaban cerradas y haciendo limpieza

Todo estaba increible, la habitación hermosa, limpieza, la vista, la atención de todos los del staff fue una hermosura! La comida muy rica!

Lo único que no me gustó fue que estaban construyendo en el bar, pero era algo que por supuesto debían hacer! Y también que una botella de agua de las de la habitación, no venía sellada.
