Service was very good.Im disappointed with the sea and water.

It was so beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and made me feel very at home. I was by myself and I felt very safe. They have fun activities going on!

Great place to stay but if you’re a preferred member you do not get the best alcohol at the preferred pool and they never put out bags in our room I had to go down and get them. Other than that it was a decent stay!

We loved the staff, made us feel like Family at every turn. The facilities are always clean. The food was great and can’t forget the Mexican Water (tequila) was awesome!!

Excellent food and service. The room and bathroom were a good size and always clean. Check-in and check-out were quick. In my opinion, there's a lack of daytime entertainment for pre-teens and teens, especially sports. I had to call reception at 1 a.m. because of excessive noise in the hallway, and after three attempts, no one answered. Overall, I recommend.

Everything was great , down to the staff , the food, the amenities and the room ! I can’t wait to visit the other sister properties around the world.

The property was easy to get around. Food options or good, but not up to quality of other dream properties could not go in the ocean see grass was bad not even sure if season we would’ve been able to go in not a place for beach goers. Preferred club lounge was way too small not worth the extra money although the preferred pool was the best. The other pool was very crowded.

Beautiful property.Multiple pools to choose from. Pool wait staff very attentive. Several options for all age groups. Pool restrooms were in need of updating and more attention. Room showers were nice and roomy. Beds and pillows were ok. All staff very friendly and accommodating.
