"Good location! Must stay after the renovation completion."

The property is undergoing renovation which was informed by the hotel. The location is convenient and is surrounded by many restaurants closeby.

The accommodation was booked for 3 people and one additional guest added later on via booking.com message.The staff at the hotel had no clue about it . And the bedding was not setup for 4 people initially. Later on, it was setup.
