Normandy Country Club

Environnement agréable,et nous avions réservé plusieurs chambres ou appartements. Un chauffe eau en panne dans un appartement...pas de douches ! Une studio sans chauffage...! En compensation 2 petits déjeuners offerts. Autre grosse surprise... les draps facturés en plus pour les appartements.ce n'était pas précisé sur le site. Accès aux appartements très difficile dû à l'éclairage et à la signalisation peu compréhensible.

Very poor signage to hotel and more so to the reception on arrival, especially on a night arrival! Reception on check-in and check-out was just adequate as we weren't golfers. Room was Ok but outdated with the bathroom being not large enough for two people with the door opening onto the toilet ( just about). Our evening meal was fine though a bit fussy - good, pleasant waiter service and good ambiance. Breakfast was very good.

Hôtel sympathique situé sur un golf, restaurant et petit déjeuner top! bon rapport qualité prix Chambre avec une déco un peu dépassé... Personnel très aimable.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner une nuit dans cet hotel qui propose un cadre très charmant entre campagne, golf et village médiéval. Le personnel est très prévenant et le service parfait.

bien regardé les description de la chambre pour évité les surprises (lit nue= lit sans drap) sinon bon accueil, les studios sont au top.

I would would have to say the following:1. The reception staff tried their best to make our stay a very pleasant one. 2. We loved the fact that our room was duplex style with 2 baths. The views from the room were great. 3. Valentin and the lady during breakfast in the dining room were very friendly. I cannot say the same for the other staff. In fact one staff member was at times quite rude to me. 4. The kitchen staff (may be they do not have enough people), were mostly very slow with the orders. On Friday Aug 23, we had to ask several times before we got any bread. We never received our daughter's order for fries. 5. On Monday Aug 26, we were told there was no brioche, no banana, no butter, no ham--things were not available. The main building needs interior updating soon. Our room smelt of mould. The location of this club is very nice. Our pleasant stay could have been better. SG.

Excellent service. Arrived late and nothing could have been too much trouble.

Pas de télécommande pour la télévision, le radiateur non accroché au mur, reposant sur des cales, lits inconfortables. Je ne conseillerai pas l hotel.

Really nice staff. We did not speak a word of French and they made an effort to speak to us both in Spanish and English. Very friendly place both for us and our dog.

this was a great hotel on the edge of a small village in the north of France. easy to find and very friendly with stunning views over the golf course. We arrived there on motor bikes after a very long trip from the south in blistering heat. The rooms are scattered over the estate in what looked like an old farm which has been converted very tastefully and has a swimming pool exactly like that seen in the pictures. The room we had was well sized and very well decorated with a large bed, TV with English channels and tray with tea and coffee (unusual for French hotel). There did not seem many people at the hotel which was good as it meant we had no waiting time for anything and got the pool to myself. It did however seem to be work in progress with some of the landscaping being unfinished. I do hope to return some time for a golfing holiday as the course did look very appealing. Would have been good if the menu had been translated into English, good number of staff were able to speak English but had problem translating the food for us.
