Wyjątkowa lokalizacja, najlepsza w pięknym Zamościu, wyjątkowe śniadania, duży wybór, dobra kawa, bardzo uprzejma obsługa. W odległości niecałych 100 m duży darmowy parking, można podjechać pod sam hotel, rozpakować bagaż i odstawić auto na parking. Niepowtarzalny klimat hotelu w zabytkowej kamienicy.

Dla nas wszystko było świetne.

Śniadanie w formie bufetu przygotowane w hotelowej restauracji bardzo smaczne. Wszędzie czysto, dostępna winda. Personel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny.

Hotel nie jest współczesnym obiektem, więc nie jest urządzony nowocześnie. Nie mniej jednak wszystko w pokoju było w porządku. Przeszkadzało nam jedynie wyposażenie łazienki [pojemnik na papier toaletowy zbyt blisko toalety i można się lekko skaleczyć] ale to jedyny minus jak dla nas.
