TV and frig did not work.

The shower was good, the television was okay

There is a lot we didn’t like, but as being short funded, and as it was late getting into Riverton Wyo, we just needed to bed down, and get off the car, so I didn’t like the room as a whole, the linens we're old, and the room was smelly, not good, the furniture was old and gringy, I had to clean with Clorox and wiping down with disinfectants thru out the room, there was bugs and spiders found and killed, and thrown out, the decks and walkways carpet were filthy, the sheets has stains the pillows were lumpy, this is a poor establishment, and needs an overhaul, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Disgusting

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was stinky from the moment I walked in. The bed sheets and comforter were visibly dirty, and the beds themselves were in poor condition and uncomfortable. The bathroom was filthy – the toilet was unclean, the floor was cracked, and overall it felt neglected. To make things worse, the AC made a lot of noise but barely cooled the room. This stay was far below basic cleanliness and comfort standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There are no pictures of the outside of this hotel and what pictures there are- are conveniently missing all the reality. Very run down and old. The counter holding the sink was falling off the wall! The beds weren’t even comfortable to sit on. There was no refund option so we just left and got a different hotel and learned a valuable lesson. Never stay anywhere that has only a few photos and little description.

Not having loud neighbors

That my credit card was charged for the cost of the room without my authorization and when I did payment information I chose to pay at the property which it also said I would do but my card was charged right at check in time with out my knowledge.

You get what you pay for! I went the cheap route and boy was it cheap. Had to push hard to lock the door and the dead bolt would not turn

I followed instructions to note I would arrive after 4. Still had to call the number on the door and wait for someone to arrive. Exterior of the building is enough I would ordinarily have never taken a room there. Wood looks like it's rotting. Paint is beyond chipped and pealing. People sitting on chairs outside under the upper hallway like vagrants. Stairs were rickety. Interior. Bedspread stained. Sheets stained. Tub side moved when I leaned on it. Carpet was dark and questionable. Didn't have an alternative so I kept shoes. Did not open my bag or set it on anything. Left as soon as I could.

They are eorking on up grading the property.

You get what you pay for. We arrive late around 10:30pm and there was a woman smoking with a crying baby. The people next door had the tv on until very late.

I usually like the stay but the last time i was there. We looked for my glasses and found woman's underwear in 2 of the beds.
