The mattress are extremely dirty and stained.

I booked a non-smoking double queen bed stay. The stench of the room was the first indicator that we would be driving home rather than staying the night. The room was dirty, there was damage to the vanity. Sloppy patch work ALL over the walls, and missing sheet rock. Trash and Cheetos were under the heater. I will NEVER book here again and wouldn't even recommend a stranger to stay there. Sleeping in my vehicle was a better option, but I drove the 3 hours home instead and missed day two of the events I had gone there for.

Dirty, horrible stench, unkept.

Everything about this was awful. We arrived late after having attended a high school event that ended late. The expectation was to ring a bell and stand outside in freezing temperatures. The attendant only cracked the window while I stood outside and shivered. The outside of the place is filthy and has cigarettes and various other trash littered around in front of the doors. The inside of the room was dirty and there were holes in the walls and several patched but not painted walls. The heater in the room sounded like a jet engine. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows sized for a toddler. Even though this was the ONLY room left in Riverton, I’d rather drive anywhere else for a better place to stay.

Wow. Officially the worst hotel we have ever seen. There were limited hotel options due to big wrestling tournament so we didn’t have much choice. The towels were shredded. Bed sheets more than stained with huge blob of paint spilled on one sheet. And the walls had many drywall patches but not painted over. There was black mold in the shower. We bought bleach to clean the shower. And it certainly appeared that the carpet had not been vacuumed and very dirty refrigerator. Yuk.

No continental breakfast. Room was dirty. Sheets and bedding were stained. Room was full of unpainted drywall repairs. Toilet was dirty. Pillows had hair on them. The list goes on. Terrible.

Location, cost

Hadn't been cleaned in a while.... Dust on everything, linens had spots, hole in the wall.... I have stayed in worse, but i have stayed in better

Microwave and refrigerator were dirty. Blankets torn up.Bed sheet was dirty with brown stains. There were pieces of biscuits on the sheet. We had to call the office for new set of bed sheets and replaced by ourself. The bathtub was slippery and clogged. We had to clean it ourself. The wall has many "artist spots"(dry wall patches). There is no electric outlet for the lamp on the table.
