"We’d probably stay again!"

Second time staying and we love having a balcony and the beautiful mountain views. Restaurants close by/walking distance. Great health food store for groceries.

One member of the cleaning staff was quite rude.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, although the seating area is a bit small. The complaints are the description on site for rooms with mountain view don't mention it's roadside facing and there is plenty of vehicles traveling and this can be heard within the rooms. The other would be the air conditioner was very old and loud in the room. Besides these the rest of the stay was great and the hotel is situated in a very central area for travel lots of sites within a 5-30 minute drive to see and do.

This hotel was as advertised and met all of the basic needs. Ample parking, clean room, comfortable bed/pillows, nice staff, adequate breakfast. The road noise is loud in the area but of no fault of the hotel. Would easily stay here again when visiting Kelowna.
