The food was awesome. Good recreational facilities in the hotel for eg. Bowling, pool, gaming zone, basketball court etc. Therefore good way to engage kids. Location was good as well.

Property is well located and well maintained. Veg Briyani was awesome. We ordered twice and complemented to Chef immediately!

The response from the staff was not as expected. I had given a reminder for a simple request regarding my wife’s birthday. After I informed the hotel staff, they kindly assured me of a complimentary cake and small room decoration. However, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, nothing had been arranged. After multiple follow-ups, a cake was finally provided, but it turned out to be a pastry rather than a proper cake. Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations set by the staff’s initial assurance.
